We would like tourism to be what it really can be: one of Hungary’s leading industries. It is obvious that in order to achieve this we have to work hard, because the tourism of the world is developing fast and is passing us by. Unfortunately, it is not often discussed that quality tourism industry can only be maintained by well-educated and dynamic professionals. One of the main goals of the Association of Tourism Managers (TMSZ) is to create a platform for the young, dynamic professional generation for internal career building and training.
Human resource is valuable and must be appreciated. The Travel Agency Section intends to work in this spirit, considering the specialities of the travel sector.
Amongst our members there are young travel agents in managerial positions who have extensive knowledge of the most important issues and can help improve tourism with their ideas. They also possess the ability to establish a proper environment to integrate young professionals in order to achieve these goals.
